Your Candid Camera Co box arrives 4-6 days before the big day. Inside you will find a ready to roll camcorder, one battery in the camera, spare charged batteries, SD card, charger, mini mic, and a simple quick start guide.

2) Do a quick test
Record a short clip before the weekend kicks off. This gets you comfortable with the buttons and confirms everything is sweet. The camera has a QR code that links to our short tutorial video.

3) Assign your crew
Pick a few helpers for key moments. Use the included shot list to jot names next to things like getting ready, ceremony, vows, speeches, first dance, and dance floor mayhem. Keep the spontaneity, just make sure the must haves are covered.

4) Capture your wedding weekend
Pass the cam like a party favour. Keep clips short, move with the moment, avoid heavy zoom, and let people react naturally. Each battery lasts up to 5 hours of typical recording and the SD card holds up to 20 hours in 1080p. Keep spare batteries nearby and swap if needed. If anyone gets stuck, the QR tutorial is right there.

5) Send it back
After the weekend, pack everything back into the box and attach the prepaid return label. Drop it at your nearest courier location within 72 hours. Simple.

6) Edit time
We back up and organise every clip, then our editors craft your highlight with licensed music, clean audio, and tasteful colour. If you chose extras like a teaser or captions, we handle those too. We will share a neat folder of your raw footage for easy browsing. Expect 6 - 8 weeks turnaround for video delivery.

7) Enjoy for a lifetime
You receive a private Google Drive link and downloads. Queue it up for anniversaries, random Tuesday nights, and every time you want to relive the chaos and the feels.
